Elizabeth Foote, LCPC

She/Her

Elizabeth believes therapy works best when it feels both safe and real—where you can bring your whole self into the room without pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or “get better” on a timeline. Elizabeth offers virtual sessions that help clients understand what’s going on beneath the surface, build tools that actually fit your life, and create more space for choice, flexibility, and self-trust.
