Choosing the right type of therapy is an important step, and it’s okay if you’re not sure where to start. We’re happy to help guide you toward the approach that feels like the best fit for you.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand your inner experience. Together, we explore the patterns, emotions, and behaviors that may be keeping you feeling stuck, while building the tools and capacity to respond differently.

Clients come to individual therapy for support with all kinds of different struggles- eating disorder behaviors, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, OCD, or navigating life transitions, are just a few. Our work focuses not only on symptom relief, but also on developing a deeper understanding of yourself and strengthening your ability to tolerate and move through difficult emotions.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to experience connection, support, and growth alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges.

In group settings, clients often find comfort in realizing they are not alone, while also gaining insight through shared experiences. Groups can be especially helpful for practicing new ways of relating, building emotional awareness, and developing a stronger sense of self within a supportive community.

Family Therapy

No change occurs in a silo. Family therapy provides a space for families to come together to improve communication, deepen understanding, and navigate challenges more effectively.

Whether supporting a loved one through behavior changes or working through patterns that feel difficult or disconnected, family therapy can help create a more supportive and cohesive environment. We work collaboratively to help each member feel heard, while building tools that strengthen relationships and promote lasting change.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy offers a more experiential, hands-on approach to therapy. These sessions take place outdoors and incorporate interactions with horses to support emotional awareness, regulation, connection, and growth.

Working with horses can help bring patterns, emotions, and relational dynamics into the present moment in a powerful and tangible way. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy or who are looking for a different way to engage in the therapeutic process.
