Meet Savannah

I became a therapist to create a safe, welcoming space where individuals can share openly, explore their experiences, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, validated, and free from judgment. I strive to foster an environment where all thoughts and emotions are welcome, while also allowing room for humor and authenticity.

Through my positions and training experiences at local higher level of care treatment centers for individuals with eating disorders I understand the unique challenges and complexities that accompany these diagnoses. In these settings I was also able to gain training and experience in treating the variety of co-occurring disorders that accompany eating disorders, like anxiety, depression, and self-esteem struggles.  Now as an outpatient practitioner I continue to help clients navigating eating disorders, body image, self-esteem struggles, depression, anxiety, obsessional thinking, maladaptive behaviors, impulsivity, and other life stressors

I value collaboration and enjoy exploring concerns together, while also gently challenging clients to deepen their insight and growth. My goal is to meet clients where they are, while offering direct guidance when it may be most helpful.  My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to each individual, integrating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, grounding skills, and a client-centered focus. I work with clients as young as 11 years old and throughout the lifespan facing a wide range of challenges.

If you’re considering therapy and wondering if we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer questions, discuss your needs, and help you decide whether moving forward together feels right.
